About I Will Take You Hunting

I Will Take You Hunting is a three-piece grunge punk band from Forres, Moray. It consists of former Hed Swim members Steve Simms on vocals, Dave Martin on guitar and drums and DJ Butterscotch. Their self titled debut album, I Will Take You Hunting, was released on December 10th, 2020. It was recorded remotely in three months during the COVID-19 lockdown. Initially concieved as a 5-track EP, their second album, Don't go to bed mad, stay up and fight all night. was released on March 3rd, 2022. Upon recruiting DJ Butterscotch as their third member in August 2023, the band signed to Scottish label Last Night From Glasgow the same year. Their third album, Not Broken, is set to release in April 2024.
