Rockin Midwestern blues at it's finest. Soulful vocals, driving grooves, blistering guitar. With influences like Buddy Miles, Hendrix, and The Allman Bros, it's a mix of old with new. A stylistic journey into blues and roots. Music types: Jazz/Blues, R&B Retro 50's, Blues, Bluesrock Description: Guitarist, singer/songwriter Rod Cave, known for his fiery guitar and soulful vocal style, went on a search for a new original sound in blues and also for the musicians that could make it work. Selectively put together in early 2001, Rod hand picked the talent he wanted. These are some of the finest musicians in the region. Three of them sing lead, and all play multiple instruments. Most of them are 25 year veterans of their craft. Their resumes are too long and impressive to list here. They have shared the stage with blues legends such as Buddy Guy, KoKo Taylor, Kenny Neal, and Lonnie Brooks, The line-up included, Manny Manuel (bass& vocals), Daryl “Tu Tu” Jumper (drums&vocals), Steve Walker (Hammond organ&piano). After just a few months of rehearsals and a few shows, they found themselves headlining 2000 seat venues and winning fans and the respect of their fellow musicians. Word quickly spread in the Midwest from their live shows in Indianapolis, Cleveland, Columbus, Band Members: Rod Cave-Lead guitar, vocals. Playing and singing since age 9,as a guitar and soulful vocal style Rod has racked up years of playing time. He writes most of the original material. Manny Manuel-Bass guitar, vocals. Manny started out at 15 playing drums in several local teen bands. Manny played the riverboat casino circuit in Louisiana with his 3 piece Blues and Classic Rock band. Daryl "Tu Tu" Jumper-Drums, Vocals. He is an accomplished drummer and vocalist. He has opened for many national acts including Johnny Winter, KoKo Taylor, Robert Cray, Kenny Neal, Lonnie Brooks and Buddy Guy. Steve Walker- Hammond B3 organ, Piano. Steve began playing bass guitar, Steve was introduced to the Hammond B3 organ while visiting Memphis, thats all it took. Now B3 rules
