About Harmonica DZ

Harmonica is an Algerian Music group that was founded in 1997. The group consisted of 7 young males who interpreted different types and styles of Music. Belkacem was the bass player, Mohand was the rhythmic player, Zaki was the guitar player, Karim was the drums player, Ahmed was the saxophone player, Allal was the organ player, and Youssef was also a rhythmic player. Altogether, the group members took the audience to an Afro-Mediterranean music world that was inspired from a typical traditional Algerian music. In 1999, Harmonica successfully released their first album. Yet, after a national tour, each member took his own path. In 2006, the group was once again revived, but this time with new members who released the album “Salem». In 2009, the new Harmonica released the album “Bladi”, which included great singles like “Espoire”, “Salam Alikom”, “Memoire”, and “Bladi”.
