About Green Piccolo
Born in 1993 in a small town of south Germany, playing basketball and growing up with supreme producers like Pete Rock, J Dilla and Hi-Tek, GP found a spiritual connection to the culture of HipHop early in his life. As GP was always surrounded by the city’s electronic music scene, you can still recognize this influence in Piccolos deep mellow break parts, which is rather unusual for a HipHop producer. “Making beats is a way to time out life and to self-express what can’t be said: Have a break, have drumkit.”
