Graeme Miller and Steve Shill were writing music for the Impact Theatre Co-Operative when they were asked in 1983 to create the soundtrack for a Polish animation adaptation of The Moomins. What they came up with was a wonderfully weird amalgam of avant-folktronica that was finally released 33 years later on the Finders Keepers label.
