Garçon Garçon was an Australian electropop duo composed of Nathan Mahon (vocals, guitar) and Nick Tsirimokos (synth, programming). Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Garçon Garçon aimed for a nostalgic blend of modern electropop with an inherent ‘80s spirit that was also personal, bittersweet and unashamedly tongue-in-cheek. A five-song EP including a collaboration with Cazwell saw release in 2012, and the single “Instant Attraction” followed in 2013. They also did a remix of Patrick Wolf’s single “Together.” In November 2013, the duo announced they were parting ways, citing distance and a mutual desire to pursue new creative projects. In 2015, Mahon was featured on Southlight’s single “You + I,” and Tsirimokos became a member of the electronica band Hermetics.
