About Funkservice International
The characteristic yet uncategorizable sound of Funkservice International stems directly from the curiosity of its creators, Skellefteå-based producer team Adil Fadi and Jonas Persson. In 2001 the Moroccan/Swedish duo combined their previous experiences to create an exciting hybrid of different musical styles such as jazz, electronica, world music, soul, and funk. The result of their eclectic, open-minded approach - including the utilization of many different musicians on stage - was the distinctive flavor of Funkservice International. Since those early days, Funkservice has released two albums, "A Post Modern Life"(2004) and "Life and Flowers" (2005), and the group has played such diverse venues as Dubai, Italy, Malaysia, Denmark, Norway, and Canada.
