About Fredy & Krasty
Artistically, craftily and energetically perfectly performed musical component + composed, rapped and sung true Czech lyrics with insight and without pretense + 100% musically and visually performed live show. The basic idea of the creation of a pair of protagonists: Two losers (one finds out that he is similar to Freddie Mercury, the other to Krasty from the Simpsons), a bit of a nerd and a hochstapler, in their chicken brains, due to the absence of any normal human ambitions, they dream of a great artistic career and they actually have no artistic humility or self-reflection. As a result, we find their actions ridiculous and comical. And ultimately, it is very liberating to admit that our own existences more than resemble theirs. We are trying to create a unique world revolving around this couple. The world is funny, embarrassing, sometimes tragic, a little grin of ourselves in the mirror. Our resources are music, clips and YouTube sketches, and their connection into a kaleidoscope of Fredy and Krasty.
