Frank Stranges Brooklyn, New York (Oct 06, 1927 - Nov 17, 2008) was a writer, author, scientist, ufologist and the founder of National Investigations Committee on Unidentified Flying Objects. NICUFO was founded by Dr. Frank E. Stranges who lectured on the subjects of UFOs, Space and Science Phenomena throughout the world. He was considered to be a leading authority on these subjects. NICUFO is now directed by his wife, Julie Ann Stranges. Dr. Stranges had in his possession one of the largest collections of UFO slides which he shared with enthusiastic audiences wherever he spoke. He conducted seminars, teaching the lessons which he had learned through his own personal research and study. Julie Ann Stranges is available for radio and TV interviews as well as on line chats.
