About Fluxem
Fluxem aka Jason Williams is from Birmingham, West Midlands england. Being playing and making music from the age of 6, he has managed to play instruments from the keyboard, piano, drums & bass guitar. by the age of 15 he decided to leave his keyboard ensamble to start producing his own music along with partner in crime and then co radio station owner Dan Marshall. 2007 has seen the securing of a number of releases on respected labels such as Blu Saphir & Futurebound’s imprint, Viper Recordings. “My first Release was everything / Justify on Jay Rome’s new label Digital Blus Recordings.” “First drum and bass experiences would have been listening to some old moving shadow mix cd’s from dom & Roland, & omni trio etc, then eventually Fabio and LTJ which is probably the reason I always like to add a deeper edge to my production.” Also having a passion for radio since a young age joined a bunch of online & fm radio stations and even mixed at silk city fm (Birmingham). “I caught the bug when I worked with Dan Marshall on running and DJin on our own station which got pretty active with listeners, after a while more Drum n Bass mixes were played which got me hooked by the fresh sounds and new music that stood out. Eventually we decided to drop the station and start producing”.
