There are/were multiple artists or bands under the Fighter monicker: 1) An American heavy metal band from Nashville, Tennessee formed in 1983. They released one album titled No Pain No Gain in 1986. Their last known line-up consisted of Doug Lee (bass, vocals), David Keex (drums, vocals) and Gary Curtis (guitars, vocals). This band is not to be confused with the christian rock band from Iowa. 2) An American christian rock band from Cedar Rapids, Iowa that was active from 1988 to 1993. The brainchild of guitarist Jim Wolter and his wife vocalist Amy Wolter, this band played 80s rock with gutsy female vocals and Godly lyrics.
