About Euroshoppers
Hey, this is Gewoon Daan from the Euroshoppers. We are a hiphop formation from Groningen, in the North of the Netherlands. Our formation consists of the rappers Monsieur de Jeu, 205, HMX, Gewoon Daan and Duke Hugh. The latter produces nearly all of our beats and is at this moment rapidly gaining himself a steady spot in the scene. We formed somewhere in 2004, at first mainly cyphering alot and one day the name Euroshoppers was born. Then we decided we should record some songs too. In september we spread our first EP 'De Zeven Nachten Sessies' through Groningen. Although we still get alot of respect for it, we mostly look back at that one with little more than nostalgia. After the Zeven Nachten EP we had all kinds of plans for our follow-up. We recorded alot of tracks, but they never saw daylight except on stage. A few of them are available for listen on this site.
