Kramer has said that Eugene Chadbourne is the second greatest guitar player ever- next of course to only Jimi Hendrix.. The two played together in the early 80s band Shockabilly. Jimmy Carl Black a.k.a "The Indian of The Group" is a drummer and vocalist. Besides being one of the founding members of the Soul Giants - later to become the Mothers of Invention under the leadership of Frank Zappa - Black was also the founding member of Geronimo Black, as well as The Grandmothers.
