Empty Hats plays Celtic and Irish, both traditional and original, at Renassiance Faires and other venues up along the Eastern coast. The friendship and passion for performing makes seeing them live a must. When you can't be there live, be sure to have their cd's at the ready. They formed when the band Double Indemnity split up, with Carl Asch and Lynda Kavy forming Empty Hats, while Frank O'Gara and Gabriele Decker forming Crannog Band membership has changed over the years, with Asch and Kavy the only consistent members. Band members have included: Carl Asch aka Giacomo the Jester - vocals, guitar, whistles Lynda Kavy aka Looney Lucy - vocals, percussion Victoria Scuteri aka Vicki, Lady Victoria - fiddle, vocals (also in Celticopia with Mazzu and Jim Hancock) Gary Mazzu aka Demetrius - guitar, flute, vocals (also in Celicopia) Darin Graves - fiddle
