Emily Free (born Emily Elizabeth Annis, April 26, 1989) is an American singer-songwriter based out of Chicago, Illinois. Emily was born in Augusta, Georgia. She began playing guitar and writing music at the age of 12, and later began experimenting with other instruments, such as piano, accordion and mandolin. Emily is currently a Fiction Writing Major at Columbia College of Fine & Performing Arts in Chicago.
