About Eden Burning
UK Folk/Indie band, similar to early REM, Gene, Martyn Joseph, Caedmon's Call, and Why. 1990-1996. They began with a fondness for a celtic sound heavily featuring mandolin, penny whistle and acoustic guitar and developed into an, albeit mellow, indie band. They have displayed a consistent ability to craft songs across all their albums. A best-of Album, 'The Hatchery' is available for free download at http://www.edenburning.co.uk/ for a voluntary charitable donation. Band history also available here. Some of the members went on to form Bell Jar.
