About Duplexity
Born and raised in the West Midlands, Duplex consists of two members, 22 year-old rapper CeeOhhEll and 23 year-old vocalist Junior Skye. Since they were formed in November 2011, the duo have written, composed and co-produced all of their music to date. Combining hip-hop with electronica and dubstep, the talented artists are always trying to bring a new direction to the music industry, which can be witnessed on both their singles "DIY" and ‘You Only Live Once’, a theartre sounding rap track that incorporates piano synths, violin, tuba and bull horn samples which landed the duo their first airplay on BBC Introducing Coventry and Warwickshire. The duo also made it to the area finals of UK music performance competition Open Mic UK.
