About Dr. Steve G. Jones
Born on November 27, 1967, Steve G. Jones is a clinical hypnotherapist and has been practicing hypnotherapy since the 1980's. He's created numerous recordings and publications about hypnosis, self-awareness and the law of attraction including 22 books on Hypnotherapy. He is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, American Board of Hypnotherapy and president of the American Alliance of Hypnotists. Dr. Steve studied at the University of Florida where his primary research focus was cognitive psychology, understanding how people learn. His early research was published in psychology journals while he continued practicing hypnosis outside of academia on a regular basis. From 1990 to 1995, he counseled families and individuals as a preacher at the Northwest Church of Christ in Gainesville, Florida. During this time, he finished his degree in psychology at the University of Florida and went on to graduate studies in counseling. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Florida (1994), a master’s degree in education from Armstrong Atlantic State University (2007), a specialist degree in education (2009) and a doctorate in education (2013) from Georgia Southern University
