About Double Mess
Double Mess has been formed in 2005 by Menno Snel (drums), Seth van Andel (guitar) and Mark van Esdonk (keyboard) in Hank (Noord Brabant, The Netherlands). The name of the band has been invented in 2006. Michelle Kievits (leadsinger) joined the band in that year. In May 2008 Double Mess won the "Battle of the Bands” in Hank. During summer 2008 Tom Keijzers (bass) also joined the band. In 2009 Double Mess took part in two bandcompetetions. At the first one in Oosterhout, Double Mess became second. At the second one at "Studenten(P)oppodium" in Raamsdonksveer they received the first price. In July of 2009, Double Mess moved in to the studio with the drummer of Within Temptation and My Favorite Scar, Stephen van Haestregt. On 27th of September Double Mess presented their first EP.
