Dexter poindexter is a songwriter from the north west suburbs of Chicago. Although a young musician he has been said to play more like a veteran; once even compaired to as an "infant Belle and Sebastian." I wouldn't compare Dexter to Belle And Sebastian But he does incorporate many layers of Instrumentation not unlike Belle And Sebastian just employs them in different mannerisms generally has jangley guitar driven tracks (which i love). At Many Times Gorgeous Pop Music From Our Modern Era This Man Shouldn't be overlooked.
