About DEXCORE
"DEXCORE" is a visual kei metalcore / deathcore band from Nagoya, Japan formed by ex. DEATHGAZE drummer直樹(naoki) and began recruiting members in early 2016. The new band was unveiled at their first live event "Visuttoke!!Festtoke!!2016" in Nagoya, Japan on October 28, 2016. On March 6th, 2017 "DEXCORE" began a promotional album campaign titled 「9月コア (ゲツクコア)」 (getsu9core) on their Youtube Channel, releasing 10 new songs, 1 every week at 9.00 p.m. and every Monday after that at 9:00 p.m. The last song would be released on May 8th. "DEXCORE’s" bassist "tetsu" left the band on June 5th, 2017; However, on July 30th guitarist "haku" and bassist "to-ru" joined. On May 13, 2019, Guitarist Haku left the band due to musical differences. But on May 23 of the same month, Guitarist 梦斗-yumeto- joined the band. On October 31, 2019 on Twitter "DEXCORE" announced they would release their first full album in 2020. "DEXCORE" announced that founding member drummer "Naoki" would leave the band due to musical differences, after their final performance together on February 29, 2020. This performance was part of a multi-band event at Takadanobaba AREA, titled PS COMPANY PRESENTS ‘Uruudoshi x Meikyoushisui vol.68’. On July 3, 2020 "DEXCORE" announced drummer 伶 司 -reizi- would join the band and the following day on July 4th they announced the release date of their first full album to be September 30, 2020 "METEMPSYCHOSIS." with 4 different editions 35 songs in total plus access to a music video on the "-EXTRA-" edition for an unreleased song 造花 (zouka) making the total 36. Featuring new member "reizi" on drums. On September 24, 2020 bassist "to-ru" announced he would leave the band on December 28, after their “CLOSE TO HAPPINESS 2020 limited.40min×4MAN” performance at "Nagoya Electric Lady Land." On April 30, 2021 "DEXCORE" announced their new single "Red eye" would release May 22, 2021 and a promotional music video featuring thier new bassist "kai". On October 24, 2021 on Twitter "DEXCORE" announced they would release thier first mini-album titled “-18-” with 2 editions regular and a mail order "-EXTRA-" edition, both versions containing 9 songs plus a bonus track “Self-Hatred (Vocalless ver.)” on December 22, 2021.
