About Desolo Sub Humus
Desolo Sub Humus, or 'Abandoned Under Ground', creates ambient soundscapes using recorded sounds, instruments ranging from piano and wood flute to sitar, and electronically generated sounds, such as drones. Desolo Sub Humus released its first album, Regina Proserpina, in 2010 and has since released a second album, Grupta, in 2011. Desolo Sub Humus is currently working on a new album, tentatively titled Saturnalia, to be released early in 2011.
