About Deshabillz
Deshabillz were a Visual Kei band lead by vocalist SHUN, author of all lyrics and creator of the band concept, an obscure and melancholic image, painted in gothic-decadent poetry and music. Main composer was the talented guitarist SHI-NO, capable of writing original songs in gothic rock style enriched by baroque guitarworks. The band name "Deshabillz" comes from French word "déshabillez", meaning devoid/deprived/stripped, and is pronounced "dezabiyé". * There was a band which can be called pre-Deshabillz - GUST leaded by Shun. How far as i know there was a demotape with 8 tracks: 1.Metamorphose, 2.Deep, 3.Kiri, 4. Unknown, 5. Pour de vrai, 6. Can't back world, 7. Preier, 8. In the time goes by. I hope this information will help anyone. † Members: SHUN: vocals (start - end) SHI-NO: guitar (1993/12/20 - end) Hizumi: bass (1995 - 1998/5/7) KAZUKI: drums (1997/9/25 - end) ex members: MATSU: guitar (start - 1993) FUAY: guitar (start - 1993) YUJI: bass (start - 1993) SHAISUKE: bass (1993) HIROSHI: bass (1993/12/29 - 1994/3/30) JUN: drums (start - 1994/6/12) Shigure: bass (1994/6/12 - late 1994) TOSHIYUKI: drums (1994/11/10 - 1997/2/16) † After disbandment: SHUN started in 1999 a solo project called Domestic†Child under indies label ENAMELL/Tears Music. SHI-NO formed a new band, JE*REVIENS with KAZUKI. On vocals there was Asagi (later a member of Syndrome and presently in D). JE*REVIENS released 3 albums and a single, and disbanded in 2000. I don't have informations on SHI-NO after that; while KAZUKI is now a well-known drummer in Visual Kei scene, he joined Dué le quartz, RusH, and recently Babylon. †
