Delamare

About Delamare

Formed in January of 2008, Delamare are a five piece pop rock group from Adelaide, South Australia. Since their conception, Delamare have been in and out of the studio extensively, developing their debut five track EP 'Imaginary Things', due for release on, October the 11th, 2008. During July of this year, the band recorded the EP at Broadcast studios in Adelaide with producer Luke Webb, who has been front of house engineer for Kisschasy for the past few years, and whose production credits include The Angels, Rose Tattoo, Faker and Kisschasy. In August Delamare embarked on their first East Coast tour of Australia,'Losing the Vee’s Tour', which saw them visit Geelong, Melbourne, Sydney, the Central Coast and Brisbane, and play at some of Australia's most prestigious Rock venues, including the Espy in St. Kilda and the Princess Theatre in Brisbane, with some well renowned interstate bands including Stealing O'Neal, Brittle, Falling Short and Acid Eyeliner. Already they have supported such acts as Australian Idol winner Natalie Gauci, The Hot Lies, In Fiction, Stealing O'Neal and Dangerous! Delamare are fortunate enough to be managed by Melodic Music Management (Sam Panetta) and RJK Entertainment (Raymond Khabbaz). Also on the Melodic Management roster are bands such as Kisschasy, Angela’s Dish, Stealing O’Neal, In Fiction, Small Mercies, Foreshore, Planet of the Stereos and The Wellingtons. The strong relationships between the boys, formed during their high school years playing in smaller bands, are evident in their respect for one another and those around them; a virtue which has allowed them to learn vast amounts from senior figures in the music industry over the course of their short lifetime. Delamare deliver a high energy stage show, making a name for themselves within the Adelaide, and the wider Australian music scene. Delamare is proudly endorsed by Aspire Apparel and Red Bull Record Label is D Blue Records.
