Declan studied guitar and piano at a very young age, and started his independent music career as part of bands like Larva, Zelda, Dipsoma and currently EALE. After their EP "72" released in 2008 and their debut album "27" edited in 2009, the band gained a lot of attention and excelent reviews from many countries such as Spain, Russia, United States, Italy their native Mexico and more, which helped them build a solid fanbase. Now as a solo artist, but also collaborating with some other musicians, his debut album "INDIGO", recorded at Atrapa Sueños Records and distributed through PTD Records the winter of 2012, composed by 14 tracks that oscilate from Post Rock and Post Metal to Lo-Fi industrial tunes. First Two singles "Heretic Waltz" and "Jose Saenz" are promoted in two different videos directed by visual artist Yamille Marmont. The album explores very personal themes and universal topics as well, such as Atheism, Psychogenealogy, love, uncounsciosness, solitude, etc. Quoting different authors like Ayn Rand, Jodorowsky, Richard Dawkins, Pat Condell and even serial killers among some others. With an eclecticism that seems to favor the album, the material is divided in 3 different chapters, I:destroying the delusional (in all of us), II:The genealogical monster manifests in dreams. III:Rise of indigo and dissertations on love. This is a truly introspective work but certainly and somehow easy to listen. Español// Guitarrista de la banda de Post-Metal aclamada por la critica de varios paises Expedicion a Las Estrellas, Declan estudió guitarra y piano desde temprana edad y comenzo su carrera como músico independiente en las bandas Larva, Zelda, Dipsoma y actualmente en EALE. Tras un EP llamado 72, lanzado en 2008 y un album de larga duracion de nombre 27 lanzado en 2009, que les consiguiera excelentes criticas en publicaciones nacionales e internacionales, en paises como España, Rusia, Estados Unidos, Italia, su natal México, entre otros. Ahora decide crear su proyecto solista, con colaboraciones de otros artistas, grabado en Atrapa Sueños Records y a través de Proud Thin Dieing Records, el álbum debut llamado "INDIGO" (editado en el otoño del 2012) cuenta con 14 temas que van desde el Post-Rock y Post Metal hasta el industrial Lo-Fi. Los primeros dos singles "Heretic Waltz" y "Jose Saenz" cuentan con videos dirigidos por la creadora visual Yamille Marmont. El álbum aborda temas muy personales y tópicos universales como el Ateísmo, la psicogenealogía, el amor, el inconsciente, la soledad, etc. Haciendo referencia a distintos autores como Ayn Rand, Jodorowsky, Richard Dawkins, Pat Condell y algunos asesinos seriales entre otros.
