About Death Funk
Death Funk is Germany born Alexander Wilke, aka Alec Empire. Sole release was the limited edition "Funk Riot Beat" on DHR in late '97, shortly followed by No Safety Pin Sex. These releases are an evolution of the breakcore/ noize styles developed on The Destroyer and under his Riot Beats aliases such as E.C.P. (compiled on Squeeze The Trigger at the end of '97) and foreshadow the DJ 6666 project.
