Death Becomes Her hails from Long Island, New York and was formed in late May of 2008. The band consists of original members, Jason Graham – Vocals, Steve Brown – Guitar and Anthony Locastro –Drums. After several attempts with different bassist, Dan Vasek completed the band’s line up in the of beginning September 2010. By their unique blending of Death Metal, Hardcore and Progressive generes, they have been making an impact on the east coast heavy metal scene. Although DBH has not been around long, they have had the privilege of sharing the stage with such bands as Behemoth, All That Remains, Emmure, DevilDriver, Born of Osiris, CKY, and Vital Remains to name a few. They released their self-titled EP in April 2009 to much success. Shortly after that DBH was signed to indie label Spare Change Records based out of CT. In May of 2010 Death Becomes Her went into Studio Six Sound in Whitestone, NY to record their first full length album entitled “Last Chance for Forgiveness”. After spending 6 months in studio with producer Bryan Goldsman(producer of Emmure) the album was released in January 2011. On the titled track “Last Chance for Forgiveness” it features guest vocals from Frankie Palmeri of Emmure (courtesy of Victory Records). The first single off the album entitled “Complex” has been very well received amongst the metal community. Along with being able to purchase LCFF from major websites like amazon and itunes,you can hear it on WSOU Radio Seton Hall 89.5. DBH now has 5 songs off the album in WSOU’s regular rotation.
