About Deadly Sanctuary
Deadly Sanctuary was a visual kei duo, with a lot of punk influences. Deadly Sanctuary were formed in May of 2001 by 弥生 (Yayoi) & 優雅 (Yuuga) and disbanded in 2005. The band was mainly a side-project for both of them, as they were active in regular bands during Deadly Sanctuary. The band name is supposed to be a reflection of the inner violence and emotions that humans secretly keeps inside them (madness, desire and pleasure). Their band concept is: violence, rebellious, disorder and wildness. The point of the band's live's was to fight each other. In 2014, the band became active again to do live performances. However, they changed their name to be just "Deadly" and 響 continued using his stage name 弥生 (Yayoi).
