De sjenerte was a punk rock band from Oslo, Norway. They put out the "Si ja til De sjenerte" 7" EP in 1981 on Zado Records. The record was first announced with the title "Atomkrig", but they changed it. The band consisted of Robert Horvath (drums/vocal), Bjørn-Asle Nordli (guitar/vocal), Kåre Sponberg (vocal) and Tor Østen (bass/vocal).
