About Dancing Flame

The Brazilian band of hard rock / heavy metal DANCING FLAME founded in 1995 in the city of Volta Redonda in Rio de Janeiro, had the original name "DIRTY WOMAN." Even as "Dirty Woman" the band had recorded their work in two demos. "Strike a Blow!" (1996) and "Red Moon" (1998). Getting good results in magazines, radios, TVs and electronic rock fanzine in Brazil and abroad in countries like Germany, Holland and Panama. He had the song "Lords of Fire" as theme of a video clip on TV Rio Sul, one of the affiliates of Rede Globo, the band gained more space on stage. With several shows in baggage, more experience and maturity, the band decided to record their first full album. In 2003, twelve songs were recorded for recording a self-titled CD. Still retaining the style, with various musical references, the search for personal identity and artistic individuality DANCING FLAME the band who turned 15 years on the road to rock'n'roll in March 2010. The commemoration of 15 years could not have been any better than on stage. On March 21 the band participated in the selective Rio METAL BATTLE BRAZIL 2010, organized by Roadie Crew Magazine, where he competed for a berth for the Wacken Open Air festival in Germany. In a show marked by much energy and interaction with the audience, the band gained new fans and drew much praise from audience and judges. The band follows the release of the self-titled album released in 2009 and the video clip of the song "Sleepless Nights" chosen as the flagship of this work.
