In a world filled with generic,"run of the mill" bands, there is one that stands alone. That band is Damn Frank. The brain child of Wyatt Farnkopf and Matthew Goshow, formed in 2006, was a bastard of a brain child. They recruited Brianna Johnson on other guitar , T.J. Allen on keyboard and for a short stint, Dr. Ryan Chelak on drums. At this point in the band, Matthew Goshow played bass. Both Brianna Johnson and T.J. Allen found a higher calling, later becoming Tibetan Monks attending to the care of The Holy Tibetan Mastiff and Ryan Chelak just quit. So as a mutual decision both Wyatt and Matt asked their friend, a nameless Drum Machine, to fill in on drums. This was Damn Frank's line up until the infamous day when they met Mike Nardone. Mike Nardone was one of the only survivors from the terrible attack on the Mt. Carmel compound at Waco, Texas. Playing bass in The Mt. Carmel Choir's backing band, Big K and the Seven Seals, Mike went to a Damn Frank show and was mesmerized by their sound. Mike approached Wyatt and Matt with praise but was disgusted with the Drum Machines performance, saying "It was a piece of shit Drum Machine that lacked talent and sounded like shit". After hearing this the Drum Machine quit and later became a stunt double for John Cena. So after long debates of Mike telling Matt, his hands are really big and perfect for bass, that he should play drums because of his Platinum Award Winning drumming on Metallica's " Master Of Puppets"," ... And Justice For All", and "The Black Album" releases (Please don't sue us, Lars). With this in mind, Damn Frank decided to have Matt on drums and Mike on bass. This lineup would come into effect in early 2009. Now that the line up was complete, the band could write new material and become the driving force that they are today. With a full length album in sights, these boys are busting their buns trying to musically birth a solid release to call their own.
