Dustin Norwood, AKA Doughboy (often stylized DOUGHBOY!) is a rap artist from Springfield Missouri. His effective use of blending hard hitting boom-bap style beats reminiscent of MF DOOM, intimate R&B style vocals, intelligent wordplay and clever lyrics and hooks has established him as one of Springfield's most exciting up and coming artists. Norwood performs as a part of the music collective When God Weeps (stylized as wGw.) and has released numerous singles and mixtapes with the group. Norwood has 2 albums and a handful of singles under his belt, most notably his newest album Like A Cloud To The Sun..., which released June 23rd, 2023. Norwood, performing with When God Weeps as well as by himself, has played sets in support of big names in the rap industry such as DJ Paul of Three Six Mafia, Wifisfuneral, and Sleazy World Go.
