Former Return To Forever members Chick Corea, Stanley Clarke, and Lenny White perform as a mostly-acoustic jazz trio, including both jazz standards and their own compositions from RTF and solo work in their sets. Forever is a 2011 live album recorded on their 2009 tour. For some of the tracks on Forever's second CD, the core trio were joined by original RTF guitarist Bill Connors, violinist Jean-Luc Ponty and singer Chaka Khan.
