Contender Rising is a 5 piece modern rock band from Fort Wayne Indiana. Born from the scattered remains of several bands, Contender Rising breathes new life into a stale and dying modern rock music scene. Powerful guitar riffs, soaring vocal melodies and pounding percussion are just a few of the tools that the band uses to create a sound that is powerful, distinct, and memorable. Five musicians with different influences and musical backgrounds, come together to create a sound that will take the listener on a journey through the perils of life, complete with every emotion along the way.
