The band was formed in 2008 in Amsterdam when Jop (guitar), Pieterjan (bass), Roel (drums) and Jorma (vocals, keyboard) met on the internet and decided to make music. Influenced by the 80’s sound of punk, pop, and rock, the band combines moving song writing and catchy riffs which creates a diverse repertoire of melancholic and danceable songs. The group’s dynamic and its mature sound are main components for their enthusiastic live shows. Both singles ‘Here I am’ and ‘Everything’ reached high positions in the Dutch Indie Chart, the latter making it to #1 in October 2009. But the band’s highlight of last year was performing live on stage in Paradiso. Now, having finished recordings including their new single ‘Confidence, Club Quattro is ready again to hit the stage and do what they enjoy most: play live.
