About Clear Days Always
Clear Days Always is Levi Jacob Bailey. Levi started making music "seriously" on his own when he was eighteen, messing around with Cool Edit '96, his guitar, a keyboard and a microphone in his mother's kitchen in Coldwater, Michigan. He called what he did then and what he does now Clear Days Always. Levi has also written and performed in the bands Spit For Athena, CCCCCCC, Sara Scare, and Groute Gate Gender, among others. The Clear Days Always "sound" depends on however Levi is feeling at the moment, ranging from acoustic pop to harsh noise, from full rock songs with vocals/guitar/bass/drums, to sparse electronic tracks generated with computer software. He has released one CD with Grand Rapids label Friction Records, and over twenty-five of his albums on CD-R with his own label, Self-Satisfied. Clear Days Always has performed with such acts as Canada, David Dondero, and Crooked Fingers.
