CLAIRE SCHLAMM started late 2002, having a bunch of children, wifes, girlfriends, houses, flats, debts, instruments, and lots of ideas about making music... They claim, their music being an expression of the inner and outer life. But somehow, trying to explain music or even to make comparisons with others, just sucks. Why should they copy the creativity of someone else? influences are probably normal, but anyway, they try to sound as an "original". Whatever it means, they are not upset, if you call them a punk or hardcore band... Even though, they don't feel like that... and if you don't like their music, you could at least listen to what they have got to say... No matter what age, race, class, sex, sexual orientaton or nationality... That's it, folks...the bigger part is music
