Civil Dismay is a hardcore punk band rising out of the Los Angeles or more specifically the South Bay punk scene. Heavily influenced by other local bands like the Circle Jerks, Black Flag, the Minutemen, the Germs as well as Minor Threat and the Clash. The group consists of John Napier on guitar, Nick Daniels on bass, Kip Upton on drums and Jay Skyrus on vocals. Their songs are fast and to the point so don't go to the fridge for another beer-you just might miss the entire song.
