About Chuck Jones
Chuck Jones is the solo project of Canadian musician Chuck Jones. The music is purely instrumental, includes elements of Post-Hardcore/Emo/Post-Rock/Shoegaze/Ambient. Chuck was born in Windsor, Ontario but currently resides in Trenton, Ontario. In grade 11, he had heard Distress of Ignorance by a underrated Japanese hardcore band called Envy. It was that song that inspired him to start playing music. Chucks first musical experience was playing guitar in a Hardcore Punk band called Adaemon (Which Chuck is still a part of) playing a mix of hardcore and punk similar to bands such as Orchid or Taken. And in May 2014 he started his own solo project simply naming it after himself. Some of his influences would be: Hammock, Explosions in the Sky, This Will Destroy You, Mike Kinsella(Owen, American Football, Cap n Jazz etc.), Castevet, Empire! Empire!(I was a lonely estate), Taken, Funeral Diner, Time Spent Driving and bands of that nature. **This particular Chuck Jones(the Canadian musician) IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY RELIGION OR WORSHIP OF ANY KIND.
