About Chemical Sa
Peter Mare born 25 June , better known by his stage name Chemical SA, is a South African record producer and DJ born and bred in the heart of Tembisa , Johannesburg . He ventured into the music scene as a Disc Jockey in 2006 which steered him into music production early 2008 and has released a number of Extended Plays (EP’s) and one album titled Deeping Like A Guru as well as other singles. He had his big break shortly after being chosen as an interviewee on a local radio station Voice of Tembisa FM in Tembisa after releasing his Extended Play (EP) “Deep Essentials EP” . In September 2010, he was on the Red Square DJ competition in Soweto. In 2018 a few weeks after the release of his first studio album, Deeping like A Guru he was nominated for @Spotify Co-Lab Programme . He has dedicated most of his lifetime to the music scene and he hopes that one day the musically deaf will heal and hear. He believes that music is a way of uniting people .
