A wise many have articulated the power of music to bring people together. Sometimes it brings them back together. Charit Way's beginnings can be traced back to the summer of 2009, with the reuniting of some high school classmates. Today Charit Way exists as Anthony Maira and Dave Cocuzzi; the two that have remained and forged a brotherhood playing the music that they love. The ever changing tides saw members come and go, and everything nearly falling to the wayside. But constant letdowns cannot create contentment. The two knew that throwing in the towel was not an option, and the chance to push themselves harder to presented itself. Through this perseverance, Charit Way committed to recording an EP titled "Notes Forgotten." This consisted of 5 songs written from 2010-2011 and was a way for Charit Way to bring these songs to everyone that has supported them and believed in them over the years. The EP's title represents songs that were lost and forgotten, but have now been found again. Aptly so, the lyrics discuss situations of finding your way, finding salvation, and finding yourself. In a sense, "Notes Forgotten" is a microcosm of the journey of Charit Way; it has taken tremendous drive and effort to overcome, and with all of their hearts, they hope to have found their place.
