"Autocrat, …My Negative!" Written, recorded and produced by himself over the past year, under the newly formed label: ?error? Records. The label itself is based in Newcastle Upon Tyne in NE England. However, the album was recorded in isolation in a converted barn house in the Scottish Highlands. Autocrat required this 'space' and 'ambience' to fulfill his required sound. Autocrat’s music is a distorted blend of live bass, Jaguar Guitar, pounding drums, un-earthed synths and buzz-saw vox; and mostly recorded outside. His influences include Joy Division, The Teardrop Explodes, Neu! and Most Things Independent. Autocrat ardently supports Independent Music.
