Singer and songwriter Matt Love has a history as an indie pop musician who gained international critical success in the early nineties with his band "The Holy Dorks" which recorded extensively, toured the UK four times, recieved high rotation airplay on BBC radio and was featured in all major music press including NME and Melody Maker. His current project The Waiters combines a variety of Punk, Folk, Pop and Brazilian Twee with entertaining lyrics and instrumentation. Matt plucks and sucks on guitar and bass. Magic David Chamberlain plays a variety of stringed instruments including lap steel, dobro guitar, and ukelele. He has played with many local, national and international blues artists and currently plays with "The Dog’s Breakfast". The rhythm section of Ricky "Sparky" and bass player Paublito add a quirky off-beat charm which often leaves audiences wondering. Now with Tom Hackett on mandolin and slide guitar. He's jes too tall to put in the pictures! This music has been strenuously evaluated for high quality listening pleasure. Why this name? We had a TQM team meet for several hours a week for three years. We drafted a report detailing the results. Management ignored this, and told us our name would be Bureaucratica. Do you play live? Band History: 1982 - got first state job as a bass player 1987 - promoted to rhythm guitarist 1992 - promoted to lead guitarist in training 2003 - under new management. Reclassified as bass player.
