Bootstock is a Croatian Street punk/Oi! band. These 5 guys are coming from Ivanić Grad near Zagreb (formerly known as Break Loose which found members where Gabud H. and Žgela M.). Playing classic oi with ska mixtures for about 10 years, influenced by punk rock/ street core/ Oi! bands like the Bruisers, The Clash, The Misfits, Templars, Cock Sparrer, the 4-Skins and traditional ska like Desmond Dekker, Toots and the Maytals (covering sometimes bands like these). Since then the name of the band changed and also some members left, except the vocalist and the lead guitarist. Most of the songs are seven or eight years old. Most of the lyrics are about streetlife, friendship, drinking and having fun and struggle to survive!
