About Boda de Rubias

The band from Zaragoza (Spain), formed by César Reula (keyboards) and Nacho Serrano (keyboards and xylophone), in 1985, with the involvement of musicians such as Antonio Estación (bass), Africa, Quique Mavilla o América. Arturo C. Urbina (programming and keyboards) added as a permanent member in the later years. The band recorded two songs, “Kianzú” and “Tengo Frío” for the compilation “La única alternativa” for DRO, produced by Servando Carballar in 1985. They also recorded two EPs for Angel Discos in Barcelona. The recordings remain unreleased. Boda de Rubias disbanded on New Year's Eve 1987, and its members went on to pursue other projects such as Niños del Brasil and Luxury Beat.
