Forming in 2020, Liverpool's Blood of Achilles are a metal-influenced prog-rock quartet with a distinct melodic edge. Emerging from their creative lair of Crosstown Studios just outside the city, BoA released their debut album, 'Only Will Be Black Mountains' in late 2024, a cacophony of progressive hard-rock elements combining to create an intriguing debut that "...signals the arrival of a band unafraid to push boundaries." in 2025, BoA ambitiously released a live album of the aforementioned record, showcasing their live skills and providing an alternative take on their debut.
