About Ble3k

Hailing from Southern California and shit shot strait into the West Coast rave scene at a young age, Drum and Bass producer & DJ BLE3K, or as some of us know him Dominic Sagona, has been hooked on break beats since day one. Focusing his time over the span of 11 years being a local California based DJ, BLE3K has acquired an acute mix ear as well as some fantastic production skills. But there is a great deal of information to accuratley pin point just who BLE3K really is! Sagona has been an international pro skater for over 11 years and holds major impacts and respect world wide, repping over 4 of skating's best sponsors. Touring internationally since he was 16, now at 27 years old he holds a vast experience of culture under his belt, visiting a countless amount of countries in continents from Europe to Korea to South America. Working in a stern and raggedy industry like skating for a living has given BLE3K the motivation and edge to hit the drum and bass scene in a powerful and humble way. Diving strait into the dirty sounds of UK label of Dangerous New Age and Seattle's Onset Audio, he released his first line of assault w/ End of Atlas a huge amen style smasher, as well as Prophecies a twisted tech based tune that leaves dance floors quaking! Soon after he was picked up for a long awaited collaboration with long time friend MTELZN "Extension", a massively progressive tech drum and bass tune which found a home on Mindtech Recordings out of Belgium, bringing him DJ support from the likes of Bionic 1, Dementia, Celerity, Kiro, Subtone, Allied, LA's Clutch and Hazen and many more. He's also been picked up for two very massive remixes on Abducted Records & Onset Audio for a remix of Psidream's very popular 'Tech Nine'. With over 13 releases his first year, BLE3K has also had work released by Black Reign, Krypled Brain, Equinox, and Fallout Recordings - where he released his debut 'Into the Arch' EP. You can currently catch BLE3K smashing sets out weekly at some of Southern California's most established drum and bass nights as well as finding his tunes on any major digital distribution world wide including major dance music MP3 Sites: Beatport, Trackitdown, and Junodownload.co.uk
