a programmer, teenage science fiction convention organiser and kindly woodsman trapped in the bodies of an early nineties indie rock band. unconventional yet somehow compelling. shying away from reality (which lets face it is not helping anybody) the ramps scrabble lyrics re-interpret seventies pop culture through the cut-paste aesthetic of william burroughs, the riddler and quentin tarantino. with luck on every finger dreams come true; radio, interviews, phonecalls from heros, awesome live shows and way too many kind words from strangers about music that was never meant to be loved.
