About Bitrocka
Based in South London, Bitrocka were formed on the back of a remix of 'Heartbreak Make Me A Dancer' for Freemasons Ft. Sophie Ellis-Bextor. They then went on to remix 'The One' by Kylie Minogue which was released on the Boombox remix album from Parlophone Records. Artists remixed include Sugababes, Kylie, Freemasons, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Little Boots, Nabiha, John Dahlback, La Moon, Oxford Hustlers & Katherine Ellis. Generally focusing on the more commercial side of pop and club dance tracks, Bitrocka have a melodic synth-driven house sound which takes cues from the 80s hi-nrg and Italo Disco sounds dominating the clubs at the time and for many years after. Their debut single is Bitrocka ft. Sushi - Give Me The Love, released on 925 Music with remixes from Miss Nine, Oxford Hustlers and Proluctors. Bitrocka is a remix and production outfit, consisting of Andy Bernhard.
