About Benoit Campeau
Absorbing many different influences from his daily life, Montreal artist Benoit Campeau mixes and integrates musical styles in a unique combination of lounge piano melodies, chillout and electronica beats in an urban and introspective fashion. Benoit Campeau began his musical exploration at the age of 5 years old, when he discovered piano, and has since added the multi-faceted roles of composer, arranger, audio engineer and DJ. In 2000, Benoit self-released his music and has released 4 albums much to the happiness of fans who see in his musical style a complement to such artists as Moby, Robert Miles, Ralph Myerz, Ryan Farish, Royksopp, etc.
